ONLINE INCOME TAX PREPARATION 
 
Here's how it works: 
  1. Complete our login request form and submit it to us.
  2. Within 48 hours, we will email you instructions and your login information.  Due to our privacy policy, all documents transmitted and received will be sent via NetClient.  We will never transmit sensitive data (i.e. ss#, birthdate,) using unsecured email.  
  3. Submit the completed the organizer, along with the other requested documents, including the signed engagement letter to us for review. Follow the instructions included in your email on how to transmit using NetClient.  Alternatively, you may submit the other requested documents and engagement letter as follows:

  1. We will follow-up with any questions via telephone or email.  Again, no sensitive information will be transmitted using email. 
  2. Upon receipt of our invoice, remit payment via "pay my fee" or by check using first class mail to the address shown above.
  3. A draft of your return will be remitted to you via our secure portal.
  4. Send us an email acknowledging acceptance.
  5. Within 48 hours of acceptance, your return, including filing instructions will be available on the server via your login and password.  If you requested your returns be e-filed, no further action is required at this time.
