Steven H. Mangan, CPA

Steve has been in the public accounting field since 1980. Steve specializes in a variety of solutions including tax planning, tax preparation, compilations, reviews and providing assistance to those struggling with divorce issues.  You can read Steves articles in familylawyermagazine.  He uses his expertise to achieve his clients goals. On his spare time, Steve likes to spend time singing with the Minneapolis Commodores,  traveling, attending theatre and enjoying  time with  his new grandson.  A native of Minnesota, Steve grew up in Rochester where he raised three wonderful children and started his first accounting firm.  Now, a resident of Shakopee, Steve is involved in City government as a member of the Shakopee Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment and Appeals. 

Eugene Grugal, Sr. Accountant

 Eugene comes to the firm with years of experience as Controller for a multi-million dollar manufacturing concern as well as six years of  tax preparation and payroll reporting experience.   Through his leadership and direction, he has implemented changes, and provided the drive and focus that will carry-on as he steps back into his passion of public accounting.  With his years in public practice, Eugene, hungers for ways to share his wealth of knowledge and experience with those companies looking to grow their business and develop best practices.  Eugene has experience assisting clients with payroll services as well as individual and business income tax.  As a resident of Prior Lake, Eugene, enjoys the outdoors, traveling, sport activities as well as advocating a positive role model for his two children.   Eugene sees the importance of family and community as he continues to develop his professional career.

Pat Boeckman, Office Manager

Eager to help others, her goal is “To get the job done first”.  Pat came to the firm with a wide range of experience in the banking community as well as government.  Her most recent accomplishment was her election as Scott County Recorder in 1995. Since then,  Pat continued to work for Scott County, and was recognized for  leadership ability through her involvement in the Shakopee Valley Lions Club, past Presidency to the Minnesota County Recorders Association, and her implementation on the State Wide Marriage Index, (MOM’s).  Pat is a valuable asset to the firm and is responsible for coordinating the workload between clients and staff, providing communication among clients, scanning documents in our paperless environment and updating client information.
