What is TSP?
Our Taxpayer Stimulus Program is an inexpensive way to provide quality income tax preparation to our clients. It?s that simple.
Is this program available to any clients?
Yes. Anyone having access to the internet can use this program. As we move toward a paperless environment, we would prefer to have supporting documents sent either by fax or through our secure portal. However, you may wish to send them via first class mail.
Is my information secure?
Yes, all documents sent to us or remitted to you will be transmitted via a secure portal. You documents will be stored on the server at Thomson Reuters in Eagan, MN.
Will my password be emailed to me?
No. You will be emailed your login ID. When transmitting documents you will be required to enter your login and password. You will be required to establish a password prior to transmitting documents to the server. Therefore, you are the only person having access to your password.
How much does it cost to prepare my return?
It depends on how complete and accurately you fill out our organizer and the complexity of your return. A price list is included with your login. Because some returns require several forms, it may be difficult to determine your fee. If that is the case, simply call us and we will gladly provide you with a quote.
